Consumers want their fish to stay active and healthy, but many retail sales associates don’t know as much about caring for fish as other pets. Tetra® wanted to provide a short but effective training video to help ensure their customers could successfully enjoy their new hobby.

Based on our firsthand knowledge of fishkeeping, we knew that improper water care is the main reason why newcomers have problems. Our team produced a short, animated video with an easy-to-remember mnemonic—30-30-30---to help retail staff and customers remember when to perform water changes, how often, and how much to replace





THE RESULTS

This video quickly became a featured point-of-sale education tool for both independent and mass retailers such as Walmart,® Petco®, PetSmart®, and Amazon.com®.
